Just recieved an e-mail from the DWR concerning a sighting of 4 wolves in a remote area north east of Springville by Federal Fish and Wildlife Services personel in a helicopter. They are going to attempt to net capture one or two of them today (March 7) to test them to make sure they are not wolf hybrids but are genetic matches to the Yellow Stone transplants. The DWR has no jurisdiction over them in this area because they are a Federally Protected Species. They are going to publish the article in todays newspapers

If they match Idaho canadian Grey wolves they should be erradicated period. Non Native species!!!!!! But no the USFWS will coddle and pamper these poor defenseless hordes of the Earth.

so anyone hear if they captured the big coyotes? idk why they didnt shoot them on site they obviously are non native species, or coyotes so they should have been shot by the dwr then tested

Got two of them monster coyotes. One two elk seasons ago. And one last elk season. Up rock creek out here in the basin. Them yotes are extra black and real huge out here. Good luck getting yours.
