I wanna put a hunt together for a late season or even early archery hunt in the eastern plains of Colorado, any suggestions? Would rather do trespass fee hunt instead of fully guided.

October 1st through 15th or so for muleys/whitetails you have patterned. November 13th through Thanksgiving for rutting activity, and after Christmas for deer getting back into their feeding patterns. Those are the best times I've found for archery deer on the plains. Around Christmas is actually when I've seen the biggest deer, but crunchy snow and broken antlers can sometimes be a pain to deal with. You're on your own finding land to hunt though, it's no secret out there.
