Want proof the dwr is about money? Take a look at the recent proposal the dwr published. Look at Henrys archery. In past years there have been 8 tags with only 3 going to the draw. Add 1 for the expo and you have 4 tags going to auction!!! That's 50% off of just 1 hunt... tell me how that is fair to the average hunter. And now theyre going to add 1 more tag for a total of 9... am i wrong?
