First point at 14, second at 15, third at 16, fourth at 17, fifth at 18. I'm guessing you have 4 points or will be 18 prior to the start of the hunts which would exclude you as a youth applicant.

you cant put in for le units when your 12. You can only put in for regular general deer. You have to be 14 to put in for LE units.
so if you have been putting in for le deer and you indeed have 5 points you are out of the youth pool. 14,15,16,17 This is 4 points if you don't draw after this season you will have 5 points and you will now be considered an adult and have the same suck odds as the rest of us.

If you just checked you points then you should KNOW how many you have. You'll take those points into the drawing this year. You won't get a another point going INTO the drawing this year.

I thought they only give preference points for general tags and not Le tags. I could be wrong though. This is the first year I have to deal with it.
