Well, I have a ton of work to do right now, but I just couldn't let the results sit out there undone so I went ahead and did them this morning and will just work later.

Here's the official unofficial results.

Congratulations to desertbonehunter on an amazing come from behind victory on some very hard to score bucks there at the end.

Please review the results for contests 12 and 13 carefully and the results aren't 100% official until we are sure I didn't make any errors because I easily could have since I was in a hurry this morning.

I'll come back to this thread later and add some comments.

One other person I'll point out to congratulate is jabber who finished in the top 10 both years of the contest. That is VERY hard to do.

Once again, thanks npaden for keeping track of all of those scores. I can't imagine the time spent in doing so.

I'll take 16th place and run with it. Those last few bucks really helped me out.

I found this years contest very humbling. I wish any of the several excuses that i might use to help justify my near the bottom showing could possibly have merit but in the end, i just didn't do well. Still, i had fun!

Though i finished poorly, believe i'll still know a big one when i see em!!

Thanks for all your work guys. Crunching that many numbers can't be easy. Hopefully 7th place holds up as lucky 7 for the hunting seasons coming up even though it doesn't win on here.

Sweet, I cant believe I won. Thank you monarch and npaden for putting this on, I hope this continues. Thanks to everyone that donated prizes too. I did last years and didnt do so good. This go around was much better, with the exception of a few out of the ball park guesses. I guess scoring my monster buck while he was still alive last year paid off in scoring these big guys in the later contests

haha. Thanks again to everyone who put this together, and to all the contestants...

Thanks for all the hard work guys, it was fun. I was trying to be all technical during the first 11 bucks and tried to scale everything off. Sometimes it worked really well but then other times, not so good. After realizing I was so far behind in the contest, I decided to just go with first impressions on the typical scores on each buck #12 & #13 and then add up the extras on my fingers, like I would do in the field. I think I'll just stick with that method for now on.lol

Thanks guys for all the work it was fun. I was glad to see that the farthest off I was was 19 inches and the closest was 7/8 of an inch. Makes me feel confident that when I see a buck and guess I will be close. Never tried guessing scores much so I am happy coming back from behind to 47th place!
