Man how time flies. Already time for another one. This weeks feature buck comes from WY, in 2006-07. I had seen this buck for several years, and even picked up one of his sheds from 2005. MM's NvrEnuf picked up his 2006 set, this year he looked pretty good. I had never gotten with a 1,000 yards of this buck, as he usually stayed back in a canyon, but on this lucky day he was caught crossing the road in front of us, and my buddy Clynt, the other one, took this pic. Its one of my favorites. Nvr also took some great pics of this buck through his spotter. Maybe he'll post them. We could never turn his sheds up from this year or the next. The the 5 years I saw his, this was the only time he grew a G3.

This pic, taken the following year, was the last time I saw him.

Can you imagine a buck like that on the Pauns management hunt? That last picture is one of the biggest threes I have ever seen.

LAST EDITED ON Jun-18-12 AT 12:04PM (MST)[p]Larry,

Doing great! 6 weeks already! It is amazing how different each one is from the last! Now my house is really over run with pink! I think I will just hedge my bets and quit now! No need risking a third girl just to get a boy!

I am beginning to look forward to Mondays. Thanks Yelum.

A cool update. I got a PM from Fellow MM'er Cowcallin, who told me his brother in law found the sheds off this buck during last years deer hunt. He sent me this pic to post. To bad they sat on the ground for 4 1/2 years, but cool find. non the less. Scores in the mid to high 170's.

Thanks Brad.

Hey Larry, it was great to see you over the weekend! I just noticed your post here and will attempt to share a couple pictures of the Big 3pt. It's been a while so hopefully I can still figure out how... :)

Like Larry said, the buck didn't hang out by the road very often. Most of the time when I saw him he was way back in the cedars.

Here are a couple of shots when he was closer to the road.
