missed a 30"buck (video)

Had a good Utah archery opener. We saw 10 or so bucks but only one worth shooting......the video explains it all.

okay, so it was 30" gross score.....fun hunt, TONS of small bucks down low, I was after elk primarily so we didn't go up to the timberline where the big deer are. Good luck everyone!

I don't care if people want to shoot bucks like this, I was just messing around. After I filmed this a truck stopped and two forty year old dudes tried (unsuccessfully) to kill this buck. We saw another 7 two points, a couple threes and a small four. Nothing to burn a DH tag on

assholes, I tried to go out and shoot this afternoon and all I could do was think of the video and laugh. Couldn't shoot for crap. Thanks for the laugh. The bad thing is it reminds me of when I was in high school and first started bow hunting. Anyone else accidentally pull back and prematurely send one about 50yds over a bucks back?

Looks like a good hunt. You might want to try a youth bow or something with not as heavy a draw. Its hard when the pressure is on. There are several videos on YouTube that this scenario plays out but the shot is true, unfortunately.
