Same buck?

The top pic of of a buck on July 4th. Both pics are in the same bowl about 300 yards apart. The 2nd pic is about 6 weeks later.
The frame to me looks the same as far as width, the front forks, where the backs split.
To me I think they are the same deer. The only thing that makes me think no is that the 2nd deer has eye guards and the first doesn't. But can those grow in later? Because they aren't huge eye guards.

"my guess is no. His left antler forks deeper in the back. The first deers back forks start separating further up off the main beam. Either way it's too bad the bottom buck's front don't match the backs. He looks young and would score great if two years went by and the fronts were better. I know, too many ifs.
