This buck was on my hitlist from the first time I saw him in the spring. He was not the buck I was after, but when he presented a shot I did not hesitate for a second.
Spot and stalk Northern Utah.

Why doesn't the record book have a category for bucks like this? There should be a 2 pt category! That is one of the 10 biggest 2 PTs I've ever seen pictures of. It looks like he has a little dropper or something going on.

Well done.

Way to go! That's a sweet buck. I second the 4 year age notion. Dont worry 90% on here would have whacked him too including me. Saw one just like that in S Utah last year right before the rifle hunt began but could never relocate.

Mike, that's a cool buck. Congrats!

I wouldnt of hesitated either.Hes a mature buck and their hard to get no matter what their sporting for head gear. Congrats.

Great forky...nothing wrong with that buck. Several years ago I kept seeing average 3x3's and some small 4x4's but I had seen a big forky on the second day of my hunt. The last afternoon I decided to go after it because it was the biggest forky I had ever seen. Got him and glad I did. Again great buck, he's a good one.

Thats a mammoth forky! You must have shot off four extra points or something.....unreal! I would have dropped him, no hesitation. Great buck, thanks for posting.

Nice! Super cool buck. Congrats.

Awesome buck!!! I'm curious abou the age of that buck myself. Wondering if he's a really old buck on his way down, or a buck in his prime that was never going to be anything but a giant fork.

Exactly! That's an awesome animal in any case!

That buck is sweet!! My guess is that he has been growing a set of horns like that his whole life. He looks like a mature buck to me?

Huge forky.

Sweet. Don't blame you. One for the wall. Love the different stuff. Have a 3X3 that is 30" wide and would shoot him again anytime!!! Thanks for sharing.
