Wheelchair Help with Wyo 101 Deer

I'm planning to help my Uncle with his 101 hunt. We will be hunting from the road, and looking for any advice on areas to start looking?
I also want to ask anyone familiar with the unit what caliber of bucks would be reasonable to hold out for. We will be hunting and shooting from the road.

Unless the roads are dry you will have a tough time getting around in a pickup. A wheeler of some kind woud help. A little bit of rain and the roads are nearly impassable.

The area around pine mtn (where the radio towers are) has a ton of deer. Look in the aspens, pines, and in the big rolling sagebrush draws. Lots of roads but most are better for 4 wheelers or Razr's than pickups.

There are big bucks in the unit but you will see 150-160 inch deer mostly. I did see a couple bigger deer and 1 really big buck (well over 180) clear at the south end of the unit on the CO border. PM if you need any other help.
