Despite what the Nevada Department of Wildlife says, deer numbers are way down in most units in Nevada including 111. The department issued a ton of additional buck tags and even issued more then 1000 antlerless tags, go figure. They said they had way too many bucks (LOL) and if they didn't issue more tags, we might have a hard winter the the surplus bucks might die. Many units saw an additional 200% to 300% increase in the number of tags issued. There are a bunch of mad hunters this season in Nevada. Voice your concerns to NDOW and the NDOW commission.
