I am actually surprised there hasn't been any talk about AI this year. The hunt has to open soon right?? Another 40"er or another 240"er out there this year. Somebody knows something..

There is a huge one out there that I saw in velvet. He had droppers on both sides and lots of trash. Not 40 inches wide though. I bet he is on the hit list. Didnt get any pictures of him, too far away.

Was this an auction tag again this year? How much did if fetch?

Not sure what the auction tag went for this year, but there is an auction tag and a draw tag. I believe the auction tag holder gets first crack at them, followed by the draw hunter. When does this hunt open??

The public draw tag is Nov. 15 - 21. So....I would guess that the auction tag was open this past Saturday. If I remember correctly It went for $160,000.
