Nice AZ buck

A friend of mine is down in AZ right now and helped his buddy spot and get in on this buck. I guess he taped out at 30" and around 198". I guess this is a general area OTC archery tag. They bagged 2 nice mulies in one day.

Nice buck....but unless they changed the seasons in some of the soutern units, there are no archery hunts until mid-December.....

If it was just killed it was a rifle buck. The rifle hunt is open in most desert mule deer units.

I think the not wearing hunter orange threw me off, but I guess it's not required in AZ.

It is a rifle buck. The first shot hit the nose. It was posted on another site that is where I got the info. Congrats to the hunter. Awesome desert buck.
