Here is my brothers 2012 Southern Ut general season buck that he harvested on openning evening.(wearing orange)

He debated wheather to shoot this buck for over 30 minutes before he closed the distence from 350 yards down to just over 100 yards before he made up his mind. He harvest it right at dark, took us till 10:30 to take pictures, cape and bone the meat off. We had to hang the meat and head in a tree half way back and still didn't get back to the truck until 2am. We slept in the truck until day light and went back and packed it out the rest of the way. But going through all that was an experience that I will never forget.

The buck is tall and massive and is his first 4 point buck he has ever harvested.

Nice buck very heavy. Congrats thanks for posting. It's good to see more pics from Utahs hunts gettin posted.

Nice buck and all the hard work is what will keep the memory alive. After a few more seasons it won't seem as hard.

You debated whether to shoot that buck on a general season deer hunt????? What, are you guys totally NUTS???

I love the mass on that thing.
Tell your bro congrats for taking a very sweet buck.

Cool buck, definately unique!

Sit tall in the saddle, hold your head up high, keep your eyes fixed to where the trail meets the sky...

He has higher expectations than me, I would have waited about 1.3 seconds, just long enough for the cross hairs to find his shoulder.

Great buck, especially from a general unit!

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?
