The antlers on that buck are sweet but I would say his face is far from beautiful "I've hunted almost every day of my life, The rest have been wasted"

Thanks Zigger-This is an as it lays and the first pic I took. Shot him with 300H&H right thru both front shoulders on a fairly difficult shot. This was the only deer I saw that day. Oh-I did take lots of pics a little cleaned up---just love em fresh though!!

I hunted a place last year where some high profile, well known guys were also hunting they killed a nice buck then washed it all up, tied the head by the antlers up to the rafters in the shop building so they could have the right pose, never dressed/gutted it, waited until the next day cut him down, dragged him outside and took alot of pics all in the name of getting a great pic for a magazine.

Great buck appleman, congrats. I posted on the Mexico forum, as I'm curious about something. That buck jogs my memory somewhat, as I think I've seen a live pic of that deer. Do you know of any live shots of that buck? Maybe you took 'em, I don't know.

Haha Ross--the old lucky shirt-maybe that old forkin cheater buck will be in the near future---I hope he doesnt fall off some red rocks and keep smashing his antlers on the rocks!
