Looks like lightning didn't strike twice for me.

I thought this expo was to help draw people to Utah? Unless they only give tags to locals, there was not much of a showing by nonresidents as far as the results.

looks like non-res drew 3 out of 5 oil tags ?wtf?

So much easier for residents to make it over there, I bet its 20 to 1 or better. I would expect tag draws to reflect that.
