Weber Florence CWMU

Just wondering if anybody on this forum has hunted this CWMU before, and if they would be willing to share some thoughts via PM or publicly.

Tried to dump some deer points so I can start putting in for Elk again, and drew this tag successfully. Not holding out for a monster, a mature deer will due.

Any thoughts, or comments are welcome. Anything I should consider, or be aware of?

I've never hunted that CWMU, but am familiar with the area in the northern section coming out of Coalville. It's great rifle country, open, plenty of country to glass and find deer. In general, that area holds good deer. I hope you have talked with the operator. As with any CWMU, it will depend on the operator how well you do (to a point). I wouldn't be surprised if they told you that a 160" deer is possible, and they probably take some bigger ones with paying clients every once in a while. It's a tag that I'd be happy to have for the area alone- make sure you contact the operator and schmooze a bit
