Ya, that is a dumb question!

...boom!

Looks about 175ish to me, but I'm much more about the look than score, and he's a real beauty to my eyes.

I'm not great at scoring, but I thik he would be much better than 170's. Well beyond the ears, deep forks. I'm thinking more like 190.

Beautiful 190 class typical. They don't come much prettier. Great forks and very good mass. He could net 190; not much deduction. Shoot him!

I would put him around 180-185. Great looking buck too. There are very few hunts here on earth where I would pass on this buck.

183-187, I don't think he would make the 190 point. tough to tell for sure from only the one view. His back forks don't look strong enough to make the 190 mark.

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?

Give that deer two more years and he'll be mindblowing. I have to admit I would have a very difficult time not shooting because he probably does break 180 but he does not look very old to me in this picture. He could blow up into something world class given just one or two seasons.

185-190 has width and deep forks. For me it depends how hard it is to get tag. Public land take him. Private land might wait a year or two

180ish and I would not let him walk on a general season hunt and would be tough to pass on a limited entry area. All bepends on what was seen on the scouting days prior to the opener.

Fantastic G4s on that buck. I don't think that buck has a problem making 190

Sit tall in the saddle, hold your head up high, keep your eyes fixed to where the trail meets the sky...

I'd take him in a minute. He might get bigger, but also might get killed by another hunter, lion, winter... I don't need a world class buck to be fulfilled, but can appreciate those who hold out for such a beast.

How big is he? Plenty big enough.
There would be no hesitation from me in dropping the hammer on that guy. Probably plenty of shaking, though!

He wouldn't get to take another step before I would lay the hammer down.

If I was a bettin man I'd say that's a Vernon buck. They're boxed shaped like that and from what little terrain I can see it sure looks like Vernon. Then again, good thing I'm not a bettin man.

with a bow... all day long!
with a rifle.....all day long!!
with a muzzleloader...all day long!!!

Were you waiting for some dumb-azz to say "no, don't shoot"? But I guess it really does depends on the tag-in-hand.

I agree with some others, he probably won't break 190 but he's damn close.... and beautiful!

Might take one whole second......Then BOOM!

What a beauty. Would definitely fling my arrow his way, then hope and pray it hits the mark. Those fronts are awesome.

The only way you don't shoot is if you zoom back out on the camera and his "big" brother is standing 10 yards to the right...

C'mon Brian, WTH kinda question is that? I'd put that boy to sleep as quick as my .243 would hit him.

Absolutely. Seeing as I am going for my first buck there is not much I wouldn't take.
