I added up about 225 myself, hell of a buck!

Is he your #1 buck to hunt this year or is he off limits someplace in safe harbor?

My Dad would say, "shoot the forky, they eat better" lol

Would u why? U on the strip and u would kill a 220-225 class buck. When u know that there is always something bigger around. I dont get it I would try to harvest the biggest animal I can But that is just me I guess. Good luck on your hunt hope u kill a giant!!

Thanks here is a few more pics hope u all enjoy.....

It's easy to say you'll pass that buck when you can hunt til January and you have killed bucks that big or bigger. 99% of hunters have never killed a buck that big and would kill it no matter what tag they had. If you only had 9 days to hunt like the rest of Colorado,I give you credit if you could pass.

+1^ The difference here I believe between shooting this buck for most people with a strip tag is that they probably would only have a chance at a buck like that once or maybe twice in their lifetimes. Utehunter (no disrespect, just putting things in perspective) can hunt bucks like this most every year and in this case (Hell, this is just speculation cuz I don't have access to those kinds of tags)I would imagine it would be like most of us chasing that 200 inch mark but giving a 180+ buck a dirt nap 8 out of 10 times.

Sit tall in the saddle, hold your head up high, keep your eyes fixed to where the trail meets the sky...

The crazy thing about this buck anyone can kill him he is on stateland. And he will not be on the rez like u all think. Anyone tom ##### are harry can have a chance to harvest him they just need to scout. So u can access a tag this for this deer.

I don't know one person that would pass on that buck. You'd have to be crazy to let him walk.

Well.....coordinates please!

I can hunt three months a year every year and if I encountered a buck like that he'd take a dirt nap but.....if I encountered a buck like that this year, like Ute, I'd pass. I'm huntin' something a little more special.
