I don't have a tag this year. I am still driving nine hours with my wife, two kids and a dog so that I can go hunting with my dad and brothers in southern Utah. Hopefully I can get at least one kill shot on video.

I will be out there. This is my first year hunting deer and hunting in general. I have been scouting since July and trying to put some boots on the ground. I am hoping for some fun hunting this weekend.

I have a tag, but all my hunting party backed out. So now I am trying to find someone who wants to go up for the day.

I offered to take my 14 yr old cousin up to find him a shooter. Its tough to give up weekends on the extended (being my first year with a bow) but its fun to watch young hunters get excited and have success... I may try to film him if everything works out

I will miss it this year first time in 40 years. But not without reward headed to the Berry for a fish! Sunday Put in for 5 units and didn't draw a tag. Hope you all freeze your nuts off. I will just watch the big 30 inch double drop tine in my back yard. He is safe from the hunters. City Buck. 7 bucks in my back yard apple orchard.

My little bro tagged out opening day. His wife is really close to having a baby and he only had two days to hunt before he had to go back to work.

I saw one good buck when it was still dark opening morning. He crossed the road and went on some private property. He was still in velvet.

Hey Bess you don't want this buck he is old big and a heard buck. Probably tastes like apples and clover. Last night a couple of the does were right on my patio! Dog don't know quite what to think. You might try a deer call!! I hear you can call right from your pickup.
