Expanding My Horizons....West

I am looking for info on bowhunting Nevada. I want to have a couple of opportunities to hunt mule deer next year. I am hoping someone might be able to help me know where to look for info on bowhunting the high country. I am not looking for people to tell me their "Honey Holes", just trying to get a grasp on areas i can apply for that have yielded a higher harvest statistic. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm assuming you have 0 points, right? In that case your best option is probably area 10 or 7. They are usually not too hard to draw with 0 points (about 50% odds) and they hold good bucks in the high country. The best units are going to be 5+ points to draw, so I would stick with 10 or 7 personally...

Right, I have 0 points. Thanks for the heads up. Do you know anything about the units east of Elko? Ill look into those two units. Thanks!

Ya those are going to be your best units in the state... 24, 13, 22, 23. but you probably won't draw those with 0 points. You could put those as your first choices and hope to get lucky. 111 and 114 are also over there and they have good bucks, but there are probably more in area 10 or 7 honestly.
