I got this picture in a text. Not much info but it was supposed to come from Oregon. Does anyone know anything about it?

This might sound crazy, but
those small ears make this 210"+ deer look like it has some blacktail genetics. One hell of a buck.

Ya, I don't like that buck at all. Can you imagine dragging him with all that trash around the base of the antler. IT WOULD HURT MY POOR LITTLE HAND! LOL

One word:WOW

Zeke

PS: I know nothing about the buck's origin.

I dunno....sure looks a lot like the buck shot by a woman outside Pendleton last year that there was a picture circulating of. Anybody still have that pic to compare?

It's a TOAD either way. Congrats to the hunter.

Deer,
are you saying this is a Mt Emily late buck? any more info?

I remember the Pendleton buck and it was a double drop tine buck also, but I'm pretty sure it is a different buck. Don't know where this one came from, but I'm sure someone does. :)

DZ,I heard about one like that taken not to far from where you took your buck. I'll confirm tomorrow if that's him (if I make it to town).

I heard pine creek. I have seen more big bucks killed this year than ever before/ Friends kill a 210 in a easy to draw unit. I think they started pre rut early then snow pushed them out. Lots of them had necks that were swelled up.

It was not killed in Mt Emily late season it was killed in one of the fairly easy to draw units. I won't give the specific unit out of respect of the hunter and my friends who regularly draw the unit.
