Maybe not! The cat may just be after a drink, plus I'm not sure whether or not the cat wants to risk getting in the water/mud. In any case, we see the before pic, how about the after pic?
Love that little bucks character. I was out on Antelope Island yesterday spending a awesome day with the family. I had attempted to take some photos of the deer with antelope, and bison with deer and antelope as they were all over the place. Well as I looked at them they were all fuzzy. Oh well it was a great day and I didn't go out there for the purpose of getting a photo of two species together.
Sure wish I still had the pic, it was taken in Wash state, of a Rosie bull and a nice 4pt blacktail. Give my ex wife a call, maybe she will send you the pic!
LAST EDITED ON May-11-14 AT 04:15PM (MST)[p]Last bull elk I shot was grazing in a small opening with a cow (elk) but there were also three deer probably 20 yards from them in the same clearing. Too busy counting legal points to get a pic but thought it was pretty cool at the time.
The cat waited for the elk to get out of the water and chased it off. I think it did it more for fun. He was there for the water "Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you
down to their level and beat you with experience."
