Bull Basin outfitters has a lot of property tied up over there and there's some private, BUT it's still a good tag and plenty of public with access. Weather will be a factor for sure so take chains, etc. Lots of road access to areas where the deer should be at during that season grab a Colorado chip for your GPS or something similar and you'll do well. Fuel and services can be pretty far away so plan accordingly.
I know a couple guys that will be in there earlier that I might be able to get a little intel from after their seasons. I'm sure there will be a couple guys here that know the area well.
