My buddy and I had a good time yesterday morning hammering two good deer here in Montana. Don't worry. Orange was worn for all but the pics.

2 great bucks, congrats!
Just curious, were they next to each other when shot?
I always thought it would be cool to be hiking with hunting buddy to see two great bucks like that side by side, "on 3, shoot" :)

There are many things that would be nice to wish for or say but then I would be just like him.

Mtnman, it was not 1,2,3.. Boom. Here is a link to a thread I created a few years back that was though. http://www.monstermuleys.info/cgi-b...227&forum=DCForumID6&archive=yes#.VE2tEYm9LCQ

Yesterday my buddy Steve shot the bigger buck accross this steep little canyon. We were just sitting there talking quietly, making sure the deer wasn't going to get up and enjoying the moment. I stand up to collapse my tripod with the spotter on it and my buck is standing there 80 yards below us looking right at me. I shoot him off hand and he rolls down the hill. We get over to Steve's deer and drag him to the bottom of the hill where mine is like 40 yards away. So we drug them together before we took the knives to them just for fun.
