Did either of these bucks get shot?

It's driving me nuts wondering if either of these bucks I hunted this past season were killed. Have any of you seen pics of either floating around. I know it's hard to say on the typical, cause there's nothing extra unique there, but maybe.......

Non-typical is a Utah buck and the typical is a Wyoming buck.

Yep, the typical was shot. Grey's River Outfitters, one of the advertisers here on the site, they got him 8 days into the hunt. It was the first day I had return on my second trip. I knew an outfitter had killed one in there that day, I was just hoping it wasn't the one I was after.

Second year in a row that I've been dealt that hand. The buck ended up 28 wide and a bit over 189 gross. Pretty much what I thought he was.

Congrats to the hunter and Mike and the guys at Grey's River Outfitters. They only hunted the area one day all season, and bumped into the buck.

Yeah I thought so too DW, I searched for it the other day as soon as Founder posted here that the buck scored 189.

You made a pretty good guess on him. Others did too. Some not so much.

I didn't post a guess on him but thought he was a bit better than some of the guys gave him credit for. But wasn't confident enough to post a guess, haha.

:D I couldn't remember my guess and I figured I wasn't alone. Just wanted to tie it all together. Thanx for the follow up score founder.

I hunted the big non-typical for the last two days of the extended archery here in Utah! Came very close to killing this pig but the oak brush was too thick and prevented a good shooting lane. The buck had a limp on his back left leg and appeared to have been wounded pretty bad. He is still alive but who knows if he will make it through the winter.
