Well I always get a deer tag ! No hits yet on the card ! If I get one it will be a big deal ! Hoping for Hannah's hit.

For anyone wondering about multiple hits on separate days. Card got another hit. For 40$ one last night and one this morning so yes they do hit cards multiple times! wife and I both drew
 
11:25 pm last night then 9:30 am today... im sure they are still hitting them. i bet there will be hits for several more days.
 
4 general deer here for the boys. I have my dedicated deer coming. All I expected.

No needle in hay stack for limited deer or moose for me or the boys, just a point.

Buy general bull elk tags in a few weeks and have two great 10 day outings with the boys and several friends.

Will be a great fall?.

General deer tags for my four oldest kids. It always helps to put them in a group. No other charges yet though.
 
I'm in shock. I checked my balance this morning and saw the mothers day charges that I was expecting. I was out doing yard work and my wife comes out and asks why is the credit card balance above $1300 dollars. I said its not it's around $200. She said no its not there's all these big game charges on it.

I came running in to check the blance and ...

So I put in for me, my three boys and my brother all on my card. The first charge is for $40 which must be my 17 year olds archery general.

Next charge is $80 which is either my 15 and 12 year olds rifle buck or me and my brothers muzzy bucks.

No dice on any of the elk permits but ...

Next there is a $413. There are 4 possibilties here me and my brother put in for rocky mountain goat with several points each. My 17 year old has 4 moose points and my 12 year old put in for moose with 0 points I wonder who gets what tag.

Finally I put my 15 year old in for a rocky mountain bighorn sheep with 1 point and there is a charge for $513. Lucky little snot!

Going to be a busy year. I haven't replaced my truck that got totaled when a lady ran a red doing 60 and t-boned me. So it's truck shopping time too. So excited. This will be the second time in 30 years of hunting with a limited tag in our pocket.
 
I got a Wasatch archery elk tag with with zero points. I can't wait until September.

Either the wife pulled Manti early rifle elk with nine points or I pulled Manti archery with three!! Crazy we were chasing bulls on the manti with my sons muzzy tag in 17 now we'll be chasing them again in 19. Two LE elk tags in as many years. Now it's the wait to see who.

A youth elk tag is 50 bucks. Looks like my daughter may have drawn a elk tag.

Utahbigbull. Congrats on the tags. It is still much funnier to hunt the same unit two or three times as you learn so much as you go, the stress level is down because you know so much more, and the enjoyment level goes up. We hunted Fishlake 5 different times over 8 or 9 years and each year was much funnier!

Thanks Tikka!! If I drew the archery tag, it's going to be a whole different ball game than the muzzy deer or the spike n cow hunts we've done down there. Only have one prior season with a bow under me and that was chasing deer. One of the funnest years I had but that huge buck I was watching all summer long woulda been dead with my muzzy. Swore I'd never pick the bow back up but here I might be doing it again lol.

It does seem like yesterday Bess. Hard to believe that was in 2010. If I pulled the tag this year, it would be my second LE elk tag. But then again I don't put in for that OIL San Juan unit ?

Speaking of which, SURELY you pulled that tag this year!?!?!?!?!?!? I'm calling bs too. Or ya just forgot to submit your app this year.
 
Rick, now that sounds fun right there!!!!! What unit and how many points did ya use? I'm at 19 and figure I have at least 19 more to go.

another $55 hit today, so one of my kids will be hunting pronghorn with a muzzy this year. Hopefully there's more to come.
 
One $40 from Saturday. That means no LEs for me or my daughter, no Lifetimes for me or my daughter. No youth elk for my daughter (5th time), and only 1 General Deer between the two of us (likely me since I had a preference point)

Over the counter elk, here we come.

Don't be so sure you won't draw anything else. They don't necessarily charge all tags at once and I think they rarely do. I got a hit last week for four youth general deer tags and then again today there was another charge on Pronghorn that one of my boys drew.

Well the Draw Demons did a touche' on me this year! Unsuccessful!
I must have pizzed'em off when I turned the tag back last year with top points!

Guess I will be dreaming Monticello with Gator Oct 19. My son and I. LE Deer Elk Ridge. I wasn't figuring a tag maybe a Sheep tag or watching Elkass drag a big stinky off the hill now I dream of the hat trick. Rutnbuck
