Just curious what your opinions are on when bucks stop growing, and transition into the hardening phase. I'm of the opinion that all bucks are different, but would bet that the vast majority are basically finished by the end of July. Thoughts

I would agree. Especially the older Bucks, most of the mature bucks I saw this weekend were almost done.

I saw about 20 bucks today on a scouting trip, and most of the bigger mature deer had fully formed forks with length. All the younger ones had quite a bit of growing still to do. I would say 2-4 weeks for all to be done.
