I have been scouting for my general tag and I have found a buck that I am going to focus on. He is plenty big for me. Want do you guys think he scores? Just curious.

Somewhere between 178 and 182 (180) Thats a real good buck. Hope you are successful on him. Thanks for posting your find.

Solid 175" buck I think... If he comes up short of that mark, I wouldn't be disappointed though... He's a great, great buck for any general season unit and a good buck for many LE units as well...

I would agree, around 170. Very nice buck. Good luck getting it done. He'll be fun to hunt.

High 160 low 170 id guess. I've got a buck that looks almost identical to him and he was 170" gross on the nuts. Hard to tell with the velvet on but non the less a shooter for sure

Great looking buck for a general season unit. Any mature buck in a general season unit is a true trophy. I think he would gross around 175". It wouldn't surprise me if he was over 180" and I would put money on him grossing over 170". Good luck finding him when the season opens.

I'm losing sleep already. Wondering if he will make it to the rifle, wondering if others will be in my spot on opening day, etc, etc. That's just part of it though. Oh how sweet it would be if it all came together!

So I got lucky and ended up getting this buck. For those of you that guessed a score, I scored him at 172 1/8. He was in Eastmans Magazine, issue 153 on page 72. Out of respect and thanks to them I'm not going to post a picture online. Thanks for the encouragement when I first posted the pictures everyone.
