You've got 15 seconds to decide. Notice that he's got long inlines on each side also. Tall buck, long tines, just not wide. Is he a taker?

No way you typed that question with a straight face. Twang, (unless your shooting a Mathews then there is no sound?) kaboom, or smoke cloud. That buck is going down.

Probably/possibly would shoot but would be worried as I walked up. In that clip I couldn't see inlines and had no time to see depth of forks well.
That is a great buck but this year if I draw my 1st choice, I want a booner. I have already been out scouting a dozen times, and will be quadruple that by the rifle season comes along. That is why I say I'd be worried...

yep I shot! Hit every tree around him and chased him out of the country. Still shaking......the fever set in...... ill remember that one for a while!

Personally, this is my dream buck. I'm not particularly fond of wide bucks (though I wouldn't pass a good one). I like tall bucks with deep forks. This buck is a Slammer Buck in my book and I wouldn't hesitate for a second.

Any hunter that would have to even think about it is in a whole nuther stratosphere than me. I do know one guy--he used to make some pretty good videos...

I saw this buck on day 7 of a 9 day hunt. It was right after a good snow storm. He was about 800 yards out in this video. I should have immediately made the move to get a shot, but opted to hold off. Yep! I thought I'd find a bigger one.

The next morning I did see him again and decided then that I wanted him, but as luck would have it, other hunters bumped him before I could make a move. He came across a hillside about 400 yards below me, but just never stopped and offered an opportunity.
Never saw him again.

In hindsight, I guess I should've made a move when I first had the chance to. I figured him in the upper 190's. ???

hard for me to judge from that video, but if he is that big founder and I let him walk. I'd kick my self a good one :/

I always assumed that you were kind of a high-grader (shoot one, tape it, keep or move on to the next one). hahahaha I couldn't resist.
