First trip to the Island

Made my first trip out to Antelope Island last week, man that place is cool. Seen a ton Buffalo, and several big bucks. Now I just need to make a trip out when they are full grown.


This is the biggest buck of the evening. He is going to be a stud and was the only buck that had forked out all the way around, the rest were just nubbing out.

My kids and I love going out to the Island throughout the summer and fall. As they get older, I hope to be able to hike around more and see some of the bucks to the southwest... My dad finally hit the age where he gets a senior pass to the state parks for cheap, so I expect to be out on the island quite a lot with him and my kids this year. I'll post up any good photos/videos I get...

Went out there on Monday, saw lots of bucks, got some video, but only one was forked out already... Can't wait for another month or so...
