I just made my annual trip to the "ole honey hole".
Saw some really good bucks and bulls.
I used to hunt this special place back in the early 90s but then the hard winter and big crash of 92 hit.
This areas got hit really hard and almost all the deer were wiped out. Finally after 20+ years the quality of bucks has finally returned.
Here's a sample of some bucks I turned up while beating the brush for three days.

Great bucks my friend. I'm sensing another big taxi bill this Fall!

LAST EDITED ON Aug-01-16 AT 11:28PM (MST)[p]Day 1 , 2nd pic, Buck on the left walking away. From that angle he looks like the Boss. The other pics are fantastic as well. Most tell you not to judge a buck facing away But he certainaly gets my attention. You mentioned Bulls from the Honey Hole???? Post please if possible.

I think the buck in the top pic is best, but they're all real close in my eyes. Great stuff!!

I agree. But I thought that was the same deer in both the first and second pics. He's a stud. Hope to see one like him in archery season. Guard that honey hole well.

I don't get to hunt mule deer that often so I'm very thankful for all the pictures everyone posts on here, both live and kill pics. Thanks for posting.

You have an awesome honey hole, bud.

Not sure I could pass on most of those, and a couple are very good bucks.
