LAST EDITED ON Sep-22-16 AT 08:09AM (MST) by Founder (admin)[p]I was lucky enough to kill the buck of a lifetime last week. After spotting this buck during the archery hunt, I was lucky enough to get a chance at him opening morning. The hike in was extremely slick and muddy and we did not make it to camp until 3:30 am. There was a time or two that we almost turned around. I couldn't be happier that we pushed on. Many thanks to those who helped to scout and pack this deer out. I owe you more than you know and will be there for you when your time comes.

ENJOY!

Beautiful buck! They don't get much better than that! Congrats on a beautiful harvest and what I assume was an incredible time on the mountain! Thanks for sharing!

He's a knockout buck. You did very well. Not many like that running around.

Thanks for all the compliments as well as the guesses. He is a gorgeous deer and I consider myself more than lucky. Per my measurements he's coming in at 204 gross.

29 inches wide and good length on every tine.

Good luck with everybody's upcoming hunts and keep posting your photos. This is a great site that I have frequented for many years and it's the participation that makes it what it is.
