Hello,
I am looking to take my little girl on a close to home ride on the Rhino. Also looking to possibly see a rutting buck or two. Is there a descent possibility of this happening out on the Vernon?? Thinking about dropping the Rhino around the reservoir and heading somewhere from there. Any pointers for a nice ride and a chance at seeing some deer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Right there in Little Valley you should see a few. Just southwest of the reservoir. You really can't go wrong south of the reservoir anywhere. You may not see that monster but you should see a dozen or so rutting bucks.

I was in Harker canyon yesterday afternoon and saw 5 bucks chasing does all within a couple hundred yards of each other and no fighting. Weird I thought.
