Hi guys I was looking for a little insight on then non resident draw in Wyoming. I've never applied before but I am really wanting to hunt mule deer during archery. I picked Wyoming because it looked like it might be easier to draw a tag. I'm not too worried about drawing a good unit as I just would like to draw and be able to hunt next fall (2017). So with that being said my question is what is the difference between random non res., and random non res special. I understand the points system as I am buying points in Colorado as well. I'm just looking for a little insight on these two draws any help is appreciated thanks in advance.

Wyoming has the regular price and the special draw price for the exact same unit with the intention that most people will apply for the regular price tag. But fewer guys that really want to hunt the unit willing to pay more for the special application have a better chance to draw simply because there are less people applying.
