Would you let an arrow fly?

You're archery hunting, he's standing there at 50 yards. You've got 20 seconds to launch an arrow. Could you get one on the way? Would you?

Yes, and no. I could get an arrow launched, but 50 yards is too far for my longbow, so I wouldn't.

No, if I'm as shaky as the video- twenty seconds is more than enough time if I know nothing is behind him.

Able to get an arrow off? Yes.

Would I? No. He already has me made, I would think he could jump the string at 50.

Not sure if I could get an arrow nocked and him in my sights( steady) in 20 seconds. But if I could, I would!

Killing anything with a bow is NOT easy. A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush...

I could, but dont think i would. His vitals are tucked away behind the slope of the hill. If i coukd take a coupke steps forward and reveal his vitals, then yes.

wishing to be hunting right now!*

Could I? Yes. Plenty of time.

Would I? No. Plenty of reasons.
1) He sees me. He will likely jump the string at 50.
2) Not a clear line of sight to all the vitals. Aim point would have to be a little higher than I would like.
3) I don't routinely practice at 50 yards, so I'm not comfortable at that range.

There is difficulty in this shot though. The downhill angle would cause a high hit if holding for the 50 you say he is.

But barely clearly the top of the slope would easily put the arrow in the lower 1/2 of his chest with my bow.
