Colorado unit 44 Yikes!!!

If the weather does not start snowing near Eagle CO it may be a bust for the 3rd season deer hunters. That would be just unfair for those who waited this long for a great tag tag. Think snow.

I would gladly trade places with any tag holder on unit 44 this year with or without snow.

A bad day of hunting is always going to be better than a good day at work.

Weather is coming dont worry. Its a 9 day hunt for a reason those bucks will show up for those who are patient.

Last year was the worst I have ever seen in Colorado for 3rd season. Hunted unit 35 for 6 Days. Never had frost on our windows in eagle, not one morning. Close to 70 everyday. Toughest hunt I have ever been apart of.

I didn't have much snow for my 3rd season hunt some years ago, but the bucks came down for the rut anyway. You just have to be more patient to find them when there is no white background.
