Book Cliffs Archery Buck Tag

Hey guys new to the forum and have read and seen a ton of cool stuff here so far. I drew a archery book cliffs tag this year and am looking for a littel insight not anyones hot spot but just a general overview or a starting point. Im a non resident to utah and also drew an archery bull tag in nevada this year as well so I will be limited on time to hunt. Ill be hunting solo and just switched to traditional archery gear so im looking to have a fun hunt and possily harvest my first traditional buck. Thanks in advance

Congrats on the tag & a very fun hunt!!

You will have no problem finding deer on the archery hunt up top anywhere along the divide road. That is as good a starting point as any in the roaded area.

If you like a little more seclusion but a slightly lesser density of deer, hit the canyons in the roadless area.

Best of luck & let us know how you do! I am guessing it will be a dry year out there this year so finding water will be good.

I second that. Don't stress, you will see plenty of deer just about anywhere up top.

Be patient don't shoot the first thing u see there are good bucks there had the tag in 2014 fun hunt pm me if you need more info

Awesome thanks for the responses guys. If anyone else has some info it is much appreciated and also if anyone has a tag and are hunting by themselves and would want to meet up back there and hunt feel free the reach out. Thanks
