What do you all think? Pretty good 4x4 buck, no? I've been seeing this buck for 3 years. He's for sure better this year than last and the previous.

That's a really interesting deer. He has really great 2's and 3's. At first I thought his beams were average but the more I look the more they are growing on me. There is a lot of space on that beam between hi G-2 and his g-4. Symmetry is really good. Of course any mass guesses are tough. G-4's are OK.

Looks like he is a finished buck. What I mean is he looks like he has matured fully. Has a solid 8 year old look to him. Highly likely this is his best year in life for antler development. I expect him to be a pretty tough deer to find here in a month at that age.

He should net right at 190-192. Gross will be just a tad higher.

Kill him.

I would go after this deer for sure.

No doubt that is a mature buck.

I am in line with Tri. I think that buck will net over 190, I don't think he will gross over 200. But a very impressive buck. The larger majority of people with coveted LE/OIL hunt will not kill a buck like that.

I have a hard on for big clean typicals, and out of all the deer you have posted pictures/videos of...... he would be number 1 on my list.

P.S.
That buck behind him looks like he has some potential!

Tri, you must be seeing a higher definition of video than me to come up with a net score of 190-192 off that clip...

I would feel confident saying that he grosses between 175 and 205...

I see a buck that looks good but I couldn't begin to throw a score at it because it's too blurry and I don't see where I can increase the video resolution.

I agree, hard to score him just off a video but sometimes you don't get a much better view than that while out hunting and looking through a spotting scope at a buck that is a mile or more away. I could see enough to say he is probably 185"+ and could be much better. I did see enough to get me really excited if I had a tag in my pocket.

I'm guessing 185ish. I know it's not the best video. I have a little better quality on my computer, but not much. Smoke and heat waves on the mountain didn't help.

I'm thinking;
3"+ G1's
16" G2's
12" G3's
8" Right G4 and 11" Left G4
23" beams
21" inside spread
35" mass
And then he has little devil tines on his bases that might add a couple extra inches total. His inside spread might also be a hair better than 21".
His overall width, isn't that great, which kills the beam and inside lengths.
I'm thinking 185ish, but I don't know.
