I took this great bull opening day while being guided by Chad Carter with Western Wildlife Adventures. We looked at a number of good bulls the first morning before taking this hoss. Many thanks to Chad, his father and Doyle Moss for a fantastic hunt!!

It looks like that G4 on the right side is huge. Looks very similar to the bull by cousin got with the exception of the very large right G4. Awesome Bull!!

The elk was taken on the SouthWest Desert LE unit.

LAST EDITED ON Sep-18-03 AT 08:15PM (MST)[p]Clark, is your bull the one that is supposed to be a 430 bull? I heard there was a 430 bull off Indian peaks.Anyway That is one hell of a BULL!!! and thats no Bull!!!!!!

Saxon,

"Clark, is your bull the one that is supposed to be a 430 bull? I heard there was a 430 bull off Indian peaks"

No, my elk is not the 430-440 bull. I believe that bull was taken by one of the landowner tag holders.

It's not my story to tell. I'll leave that up to the hunter or guide so you get the facts. To everyone, have a great hunting season!!

I guided Clark on this hunt. It was a great hunt. I have some pictures I took that I am going to try to post, if anyone wants to see them!

GREAT BULL.....I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY THINK THIS BULL IS THE "YARDLEY" BULL? 415 IN 01'SHEDS, TO 409 IN 02'SHEDS, TO 396 IN 03 DEAD. IS THAT OLD AGE? OR IS IT DROUGHT? .....OGDEN SAID HE'S 90% SURE IT IS THE SAME BULL?

GOOD JOB CHAD & RODGER....

Hey Chad, I can't load the picture. If you want, send it to me and I will post it.
