Took my wife up elk hunting and F&G came to my camp after opening day and was investigating some bulls found with just there heads cut off. Found 4 wheeler tracks right off the road to the bulls. He figured they where the day before opening when they where taken. The one was only about 200 yds off the road on top of the mountain. He has a good idea on who it was and is investigating it.
