I would say go to Montana, for a little extra money you can hunt elk, deer, and antelope.

Antelope is a seperate draw and fee in Montana.

The thing that is great about Wyo. elk is that if you draw you can hunt for like 2 months with the $20.00 bow validation and then most units are the whole month of Oct. for rifle and then, depending on the unit you draw or the 'General Elk Tag' units you still can hunt to get a cow/calf thru Dec. 31st!!! Now that is definately getting your opportunities for your tag fee!
