Utah results around the corner, anyone feel lucky??

I do this year for some reason. maybe this will be my year. If not next year will be 9 pts and i will go for an archery tag in a LE unit and will have a real good shot then.

Theres always a chance at least thats what i keep telling myself. Mabey ill get lucky and draw a L. E. utah archery tag this year with 6 points but probably not,

I have been optomistic every year. I have 7 points and I alway think that This is the year. I've been wrong for seven years straight. My father Had Max Points. He just recently passed away in January. He has been putting in all of his life. I knew that this was going to be his year. He was only 58. I guess he is hunting the big ones that got away and died of old age some where better than here. Happy hunting Dad!

Check your credit cards Now!!! A guy on the bowsite just got hit for $180 from the DWR. Looks like he is going to hunt Wasatch Limited Entry elk.
Has anyone else seen anything?

I would think it is still a week early. Last year it was about a week before the drawing that it hit!

My nephew got hit for $180.00, he put in for Deseret Bull!

We send in the check so won't know till results are posted or we get the letter in the mail........ Good luck all!

Way to go for the nephew. Can you tell us if he also put in for general deer with his credit card? Or maybe he is a dedicated hunter.
Just wondering because I was hit for $35 general archery deer and was hoping that I may still see a $180 hit for limited entry elk. I have 8 points and put in for archery elk.
Probably just a typical year for me with no special tags.

Keep us informed. I also wondered if they charge at different times. My muzzleloader has already come through but not my limited bull. I figured I had a 50-50 chance this year. Maybe in the next few days?

The charges come out at different times... my card wasnt hit until may last year som Im sure it takes a while to procees all the payments...and yes the archery deer will come out a different day then the LE elk or whatever you put in for!

My card just got hit this morning for a LE bull for my daughter.
Hope they just go in alphabetical order. Her last name starts with an A so maybe there is still a chance for my boys..
I checked last night and it wasn't there so everyone keep hoping!

Was your card hit for $180 even? Or was it also hit for $35 general deer ( rifle, muzz, arch )? Were the charges on complete cost or seperate?
Just really wondering if all draws are being sent out seperatly. Until someone gets hit for a different amount or two different amounts, I guess that we will still have to wait and find out. Thanks, Alan

Well we got OIL all over our card, Once-In-a-Lifetime that is. The wife drew a Mtn Goat tag and I pulled a LTD Entry Elk Tag. They can't Un-Charge a card can they??????? Wow, 15 years of applying finally paid off, and without max points. Couple that with the turkey tag I drew this year and I'm thinking Vegas should be future trip with that kind of luck.

And Rick, we did not put in for gen. deer tags so I can't help you out there. I do know they draw the LTD Entry deer before the Gen deer.

You drew your first choice. The other choices don't mean a thing for limited entry hunts. The only time you would ever draw your second choice is if there wasn't enough people that put in for that hunt.

Now I'm 0 for 19 in the elk draws.

The nightmare continues. This unsuccessful letter soup is getting really, really old
