Calling for Elk in November

I am going on an Early November muzzleloader elk hunt and wanted to get some help. I have used a "bite & blow" style cow call in the past with success but I am struggling with my teeth being too sensitive. My questions are these:

What is a good all around call to use?
Are certain calls more appropriate for the late season vs breeding season?
What can I use other than the bite & blow style call?

Thanks for the help!

Primos's Hoochie Mama calls are pretty good. You just squeeze them in your hand.

Second that...Hoochie Mama all the way. You can put them in your pocket or under a coat for a "distant" effect too.

Make that a third for the Hoochie-Momma. It's very consistent and you can count on it when the animals are in close. The Estrus setting on it can bring a bull in running. I've used it after Thanksgiving in colorado and was still calling in late-rutting bulls with the Estrus setting.
