East Fork Outfitter

I never had him officially scored, but this guy at the sporting goods store told me he'd go in the upper 390's. Gross of course.

Dont expect to get one that big, it was a lot of hard work and I had to pass on a LOT of smaller bulls to get this guy.

That is a pretty gross looking 390, IMHO...!!!! LOL
Wonder what the guy at the sporting goods store was smokin???
a*r
A bad day hunting is better than a Good Day at Work!!

that looks like the bull i shot this year in area 14 wyoming i thought it was a cow so i shot it in the head breaking the skull plate my 300 win is 0 for 3 on elk head shots they sure go down fast that way but dont make a pritty picture.

Dont waste much meat though do ya! I love that shot IF its the only shot I"m offered OR he/she is real close and I KNOW I can make it safely and not end up with a critter with no nose running around!

Yah, he's definitely 397. More like 180!?? Never really put a tape to him. I was just funnin with ya'll!

Good Luck All and especially to you Rocky Dog. That East Fork country gets pounded like no other in the state and I"ll bet a guy would be plenty lucky to kill a bull like the little dink I posted!! But for a stud hunter like you, anything is possible!

:D

Hornseeker, dont believe these guys. The montana outfitter told you that was a 390 herd bull, so that is what he is. You got to believe the guy wearing the big cowboy hat. ;) Also, you should have stood farther back in the picture.

Now im not sure if your being a smart ass or not in that last post. Ill talk to ya later.
