Has anyone heard about or seen pictures of this bad boy? The local game warden informed us about it. Supposedly shot during the third season. Dave

Oh please, to my knowlege there has NEVER been a Booner bull killed in Eagle county. Look it up.

I have heard the same rumor and just used my method of knocking of 50-60 inches of any good ole boy rumor I hear.

And if it is 415 I would like to see the guys tape measure.

I guess you can't even believe the fish cops. He had me convinced! I also mentioned that very few bulls from this area even grossed the buck. He even mentioned that a young girl shot one in 2003 that will book. Did you hear about that one?? Thanks, Dave

I have seen pictures of a 350 class bull from unit 45 taken during the first rifle season this year. Never heard of a 400 inch bull though. I have friends in Basalt and they never mentioned it. Who knows ? It would be nice if it were true.

Well I could I guess end up eating crow about it, but I do not believe about the girl either. Probably not the fish cops fault, just a victim of BS as we all are at times.

I heard all kinds of rumors this fall 380 this 360 that, show me the rack in person and I will believe it. Usually the phantom 380 bull was shot by NR so it is never to be seen again.

The only way a 400 plus bull will come from 44 is if a truck transporting a game farm elk wipes out on I-70 and the bull gets loose and lives.

A 400 bull from 44 when monkeys fly out of my butt.

Jesus' Cripes!

The mayor of Gypsum told some of us this year about a monster bull killed last year by some young lady and we also heard about the 400+ bull killed this year during the third season. Bullchit?????

yeah, the monster bull the girl killed last year was max 270 gross. The picture was in the local paper. I laughed after everyone told me it was 310, whack of 50-60 inches and there you go.
