Utah draw odds and apps report?? where is it?

I have 9 pts for elk. I usually study the publication that shows how many guys apply for a unit with how many points they had. I dont see it this year? am i not looking in the right spot?
I am a NR with 9 pts and i know last year that was highest points for a lot of units that guys appied for. Looking to see where 9 pts will get at least one gimme draw out of all the applicants like last year. I am under the ussumption that if there is 3 or more tags at least one goes to the max point holders?
I am not afraid of an archery only tag but i am looking for a good shot at a 360 plus bull unit that has no spike hunters going on at the same time. Had been applying for the san Juan but under the new rules will there be more archery tags than last year?? last year only one was given to a NR for archery.
did the added archery and muzz tags go into effect last year or is it this year will be the first time?
Damn i wish they had the numbers before the drawing.

Don't know about bonus points, but the Big game proclamation has the tag numbers for '05: http://www.wildlife.utah.gov/proclamations/2005_biggame/05_biggame.pdf

Looks to me like 1 archery tag for nonresidents (287 applicants last year) and 3 any weapon nonresident tags (744 applicants). The new hunts that they added say no nonresident tags for '05.

found it, thanks. Looks like i could be a shoe in with 9 points for some good area, but not for the best. Dont know any of them so i will have to see what is talked about here. Kind of looking at dutton and fish lakes, looks like a gimme for 9 pts but dont know about the quality there. never here much about them.

schmalts do not forget if there is only 1 tag your points do not help as much - there are no tags for those with max. points, just something to consider.
