Land Owner Voucher Tags

I've seen advertisements for land owner vouchers and was wondering if anyone has used their services?? Should a person be leary about doing it?? Below is one link that I found and was wondering if anyone knew of them...

I am sure that some landowner vouchers are great. However, buyer beware. Do your own research on the tags available. Some can be drawn easily with 0 to 1 point, so why pay. Also, be aware that just because you have a landowner tag doesn't mean you can hunt on private land. In fact, lots of the time you can't hunt the private ranch that you get the tag through, only public land.

$4500 for a 61 ML tag is pretty expensive to me but then again I am poor. That is a good unit but that is a bunch of money.

Thanx for the informative responses!! Just curious about them is all. I don't have an endless supply of cash so if I ever check this out I'd definitely have to do alot of research. Thanx for the input...
