WY refund checks

Anyone know when the WY refund checks for unsuccessful elk applications will be mailed? I tried to call Cheyenne today but could not get thru. The booklet says within 25 days.

In the past, we use to get the refund check on elk and cash it, then get a Cashiers Check for deer/antlope appl.'s and send it right back to Wyo. but last eyar it didn't come until like the 20th of March, I used it for Colo. deer appl..... I've got a Reduced Price cow refund coming back, I did draw my Bull tag though.

My refund arrived yesterday, the 12th. Seems like last year it was a month later! Oh well, $500 down payment for a muley hunt this year! Chris
