For one thing, this Outfitter is not a member of the WYOGA aka Wyoming Outfitter, Guide Association.
Where did you hear of him? If you can not get a response there must be a reason.
Have you checked the Wyoming F&G website and to look there if this Outfitter is even registered with the state?
Be carefull who you pick, and if they are not licensed by the state you too can be held in violation.

That would be my first red flag. I'll try to contact someone once, if I don't get a response within a month or so, they lose my business. Good luck.

Get in touch with Jonesy at Jackson Hole Outfitters www.jacksonholeoutfitters.com . He is know for muleys but does a good elk hunt at a fair price.
